This year’s Irish PGA will be held at Roganstown Hotel, Golf and Country Club in Swords, Co Dublin.

The tournament, sponsored by Cassidy Golf and Down Syndrome Centre, will take place from 10-13 October.

Previous winners of the tournament include Padraig Harrington, Des Smyth and Paul McGinley.

Roganstown, founded in 2004, has staged a number of PGA events, including the Southern Branch Championship.

It has also hosted GUI and ILGU tournaments.
