Brendan Cummins claims Poc Fada for a joint-record seventh time

Tipperary's Brendan Cummins has won the 52nd staging of the M. Donnelly GAA All-Ireland Poc Fada final at the Cooley Mountains.

Cummins. who led at the half way stage, won with a total of 51 pucks.

Down's Graham Clarke finished second with 55 pucks with James Skehill, Galway goalkeeper, in third place with 57 pucks.

Cummins equals Ger Cunningham's (Cork) record of seven titles.

Meanwhile, Patricia Jackman from Waterford won her fifth title in a row in the Camogie section with 27 pucks.

Jack Coyne from Galway was the under 16 winner.
