Passage won their first ever Waterford SHC title courtesy of two late goals against Ballygunner at Walsh Park.

Trailing by three points going into injury time, two late strikes saw them record a 3-16 to 3-13 win.

In Tipperary Loughmore-Castleiney are the new champions after a narrow win over Éire Óg Nenagh at Semple Stadium, 1-17 to 1-16. 

In the Mayo SHC final Kevin Feeney’s tally of 3-06 helped Tuairin to end a ten-year drought as they comfortable saw off Ballyhaunis, 4-10 to 1-06.

Four Roads took the honours in Roscommon, beating Oran by 2-15 to 2-09 in Athleague. 

In Kerry St Brendan's and Lixnaw must meet against after a 0-13 to 1-10 draw.

In Leitrim yesterday, Cluainin took the county title with a 3-14 to 1-10 win over Carrick.

There was also action in the Ulster Club Championship where Loughgiel Shamrocks of Antrim beat Down's Ballygalget by seven points, 1-16 to 1-09. 

They will meet Derry's Slaughtneil in the final after they recorded a 4-18 to 0-07 win over Lisbellew of Fermanagh. 

Meanwhile, in the Dublin SHC quarter-finals, Ballyboden St Enda's beat Kilmacud Crokes 3-14 to 2-13. 

Also yesterday Portumna qualified for the Galway SHC final after a 0-18 to 2-11 win over All-Ireland champions St Thomas’ in the replayed semi-final.

They will now meet Loughrea who beat Beagh in the other semi-final last weekend.
