Hurling club finals round-up: Kilcormac-Killoughey retain Offaly title

Kilcormac-Killoughey retained their Offaly SHC title with a hard-fought 1-21 to 1-14 win over Birr in Tullamore.

The beaten 2012 All-Ireland finalists led for most of the game and Dan Currams scored a late goal to seal the win.

In Limerick Na Piarsaigh got the better of Adare by two points to claim their second senior county final in three years.

The 2011 champions led 0-08 to 0-05 at the break and held off the Adare challenge to win 0-14 to 0-12.

Kilmessan saw off the challenge of Longwood, 2-16 to 0-11, in the Meath final in Navan, while Celbridge are the Kildare champions after a 0-23 to 2-11 win over Eire Og/Corrachoill.
