The Limerick team to face Tipperary in the semi-finals of the Munster SHC on Sunday shows two changes to the line-up that lost out by the narrowest of margins to Dublin in the Allianz Hurling League Division 1 B final in April.
Captain Donal O’Grady has recovered from a broken collarbone, while corner-forward Seanie Tobin also returns to the fray after missing out on the dramatic 1-16 to 1-15 reversal.
Under-21 star Declan Hannon will start at full-forward for the Treaty men at the Gaelic Grounds.
Tipperary are expected to name their side on Thursday evening, with the potential participation of Lar Corbett in doubt as he continues to recover from the broken ribs he suffered in the Allianz Hurling League final.
Limerick: Nickie Quaid; Stephen Walsh, Richie McCarthy, Tom Condon; Paudie O’Brien, Wayne McNamara, Gavin O’Mahony; Paul Browne, Donal O’Grady: David Breen, James Ryan, Seamus Hickey; Graeme Mulcahy, Declan Hannon, Seanie Tobin.
