Clare introduce three championship newcomers for their Munster SHC quarter-final tie with Waterford on Sunday.

David McInerney, a member of last year’s All-Ireland U-21 winning side, starts at full-back. Conor Ryan is named at midfield, in partnership with Colm Galvin. The other debutant is Shane O’Donnell, who will line out at the edge of the square.

In total, eight members of the victorious U-21 team will face the Déise at Semple Stadium.

Waterford named their team on Wednesday.
