Eamon O’Shea has made five changes to the Tipperary team that beat Dublin in the semi-final for Sunday’s Allianz National Hurling League final with Kilkenny.

Darren Gleeson, Paul Curran, Kieran Bergin, Conor O’Brien and Eoin Kelly are named to start in place of Brendan Cummins, Paddy Stapleton, Donagh Maher, Jason Forde and Pa Bourke.

Tipperary: Darren Gleeson, Michael Cahill, Conor O’Mahony, Paul Curran, Kieran Bergin, Padraic Maher, Conor O’Brien, Brendan Maher, Shane McGrath (c), Seamus Callanan, Lar Corbett , Patrick Maher, Shane Bourke, Eoin Kelly, Noel McGrath.
