Henry Shefflin and Noel Hickey have confirmed that they will return next season as they bid to win a tenth All-Ireland senior hurling medal.

The Kilkenny hurling legends claimed a record ninth medal when the Cats beat Galway in this year’s decider.

Shefflin turns 34 next month, while Hickey will be 32 next week.
