Minor alterations for Kilkenny and Galway

Noel Hickey has been named at full-back in the Kilkenny team to face Galway in tomorrow’s Leinster Senior Hurling Championship final at Croke Park.

Hickey replaces the injured JJ Delaney in the only change to the Cats XV that started the landslide semi-final victory over Dublin.

Captain Eoin Larkin will occupy the number 12 jersey after he overcame an ankle injury.

And Paul Murphy and Colin Fennelly have also been passed fit to start at corner-back and corner-back respectively.

Galway, meanwhile, have also made one change to the side that saw off Offaly in the provincial semi-final.

David Collins has recovered from an ankle injury to be named at right corner-back. Joseph Cooney drops to the bench.

The Tribesmen have also made a positional change, with wing-back Niall Donoghue moving to the right of the pitch and Johnny Coen going in the opposite direction.
