Waterford hurler Eoin Kelly has returned to the county's senior panel after he had been dropped from the squad over concerns about his fitness and commitment.

The Passage East clubman will return to training with the county panel tonight, after sorting out his differences with manager Michael Ryan.

Ryan also revealed that John Mullane will return to training with the squad on Tuesday evening.

Mullane had previously announced that he would be taking an 'indefinate break' from inter-county hurling but has answered the call from Ryan.

Waterford face a crucial league game next weekend against Galway.

The senior panel held a two hour meeting last night to discuss a number of issues, including training and Sunday's defeat to Tipperary.
