Antrim will give four player their Senior Hurling Championship debut after manager Dinny Cahill named his team to play Laois in Saturday's Leinster Championship encounter at Portlaoise.

Forwards James Black and Conor McCann will earn their first caps for the Saffrons, as will defenders Chris McGuinness and Kevin Molloy.

Meanwhile Laois are waiting on the fitness of Brian Campion and Ger Reddin.

Campion is '50-50' according to manager Brendan Fennelly after suffering from a hand injury, while Reddin continues to struggle to shake off an ankle injury.

Antrim team to play Laois in the Leinster Hurling Championship at Portlaoise: C O'Connell, C McGuinness, A Graffin, K Molloy, N McAuley, M Herron, C Herron, P Shiels, B McFall, S McNaughton, K Stewart, J Black, C McCann, N McManus, K McKeegan.

Substitutes: S Hawes, D Hamill, T McCann, S McCrory, C McFall, Kieran McGourty, M Armstrong, C Carson, J McCouaig, P Doherty, M Rea.
