The Wexford team to play Galway in the Leinster Hurling Quarter-Final on Saturday features two new faces to championship hurling.

Noel Carton, the Cloughbawn man, takes the goalie position and Lar Prendergast from Oulart-the-Ballagh is named at corner back. Both are making their championship debuts.

Harry Kehoe and Colm Farrell make up the mid-field pairing following their good partnership during the league.

Eoin Quigley, the St Martin's man, is back at centre forward having missed most of last season through injury. Michael Jacob plays at wing forward having being drafted back into the panel late in the league series.

Otherwise, the team shows a tried and trusted look about it as the Model County men take on the Division one league winners and one of the strong favourites for All-Ireland glory.
