Hurling clash called off due to snow
Updated: Sunday, 21 Feb 2010 00:14
The Allianz NHL clash between Tipperary and Kilkenny was postponed due to heavy snow in Thurles.
The throw-in was delayed at Semple Stadium to allow the referee every chance to play the game but conditions remained unfavourable, which left the officials with no choice but to postpone the game.
The game is provisionally set to be played on Tuesday night at the same venue with entry set to be free.
