Colm Bonnar and his selectors have announced the team to play Offaly on Saturday evening.
They have handed debuts to three newcomers to senior championship level.
Tomás Waters and Andrew Shore are both in the half-forward line with Peter Atkinson from HWH Bunclody coming in at corner forward.
Seasoned campaigners Damien Fitzhenry and David O'Connor (corner back), return to the fold.
Ritchie Kehoe plays at centre back, filling the position vacated by Stephen Nolan, who picked up an injury recently.
Stephen Banville, following his successful appeal against a ban, plays at full forward and much will be expected of him if Wexford are to progress to the Leinster semi-final.
