Allianz National League, motor racing and point-to-point fixtures have all been affected by today’s snowfall.

In the Allianz NHL the following matches are off; Galway v Kilkenny, Offaly v Carlow, Laois v Down, Meath v Kildare, Wicklow v Armagh, Donegal v Longford, Tyrone v Fingal, Sligo v Monaghan, Laois v Down, Cavan v Fermanagh and Roscommon v London. The NFL match between Leitrim and Carlow has also been hit.

In Camogie all the day's games are off, as are the U-21 Leinster Championship matches between Wicklow v Longford, Wexford v Kildare and Louth v Dublin.

Today's Irish Championship Rallycross at Mondello Park has also been cancelled. The weather conditions have made travel to the circuit difficult for competitors and has also caused the stewards of the meeting to cancel the event on safety grounds.

A point-to-point meeting in Gorey, Co Wexford has also been cancelled. The Island Hunt Foxhounds is off.

In Scotland, the Cup match between Forfar and Rangers has been cancelled.

The Leinster Schools Senior Cup Round Two clash between Blackrock College and St Michael's College has also fallen foul to the weather.

More fixtures are expected to be cancelled.
