Meath and Carlow will meet in the Kehoe Cup senior hurling final on Sunday 24 February, following their wins over Wicklow and DIT respectively.
At Pairc Tailteann in Navan, Meath came back from a 0-06 to 0-03 deficit midway through the opening half to claim a 0-18 to 0-12 win over Wicklow, in a game where pitch conditions were extremely heavy.
Stephen Clynch was top scorer for the Royals with 0-10, with five of those points coming from frees in the opening half.
Meath trailed by 0-06 to 0-05 at the interval.
Wicklow were the livelier side in the opening 35 minutes and landed good scores through Jonathan O'Neill and Andy O'Brien.
However, another Clynch point ensured the home side equalised for the first time on the restart and although the sides were level once more after Clynch and O'Neill traded points, Meath soon took a lead they would not relinquish.
The Royals pushed on, especially in the closing quarter with Andrew Snow and Ger O'Neill impressive, along with impressive centre-forward Clynch.
At Dr Cullen Park, Carlow finished as 1-14 to 0-10 victors over the students of DIT in a keenly-contested semi-final.
Carlow led by 0-08 to 0-07 at half-time, after the students had made a good start with impressive displays from Kilkenny's Willie O'Dwyer and Eoin Nolan.
The home side continued to work hard on the restart, with a goal in the 37th minute from man-of-the-match Robbie Foley, bringing his tally to 1-02.
Karl English was also amongst those who battled hard for Carlow.
He finished with four points, while DIT's woes were compounded when centre-back John Walsh of Laois had to leave the field following a suspected broken collar bone.
