Updated: Sunday, 17 Jun 2007 09:40
The Disputes Resolution Authority has ruled that the three suspended Cork hurlers will play no part in the second Munster semi-final later today.
The Cork County Board had made a late challenge in the hope that Diarmuid O'Sullivan, Sean Óg Ó h'Ailpín and Donal Óg Cusack would be granted clearance to line-out against Waterford.
Their latest appeal was upheld following a DRA Tribunal in Portlaoise last night.
The three were banned folowing the pre-match fracas against Clare at Semple Stadium.
