Donegal 3-13 Fermanagh 2-10

Donegal have been crowned Allianz Hurling League Division Three champions after a comfortable win over Fermanagh at Breffni Park. Reliable full-forward Ray Durack scored 1-1 as Donegal surged into a 2-2 to 0-3 lead in the opening quarter. Mickey McCann scored the other goal while a Sean Murphy missed penalty kept struggling Fermanagh within striking distance. However, the Ernesiders eventually settled into the game and Darren Graham scored an opportunist goal to cut the deficit after the on-form Durack completed his hat-trick.

Fermanagh's Brian Logue pulled back another goal to rattle Donegal. The score was now 3-7 to 2-6, but Donegal regained their composure and three Wallace points from frees in as many minutes without reply put his side 3-12 to 2-9 ahead with five minutes to go. This was the end for plucky Fermanagh who were too far behind to truly scare Donegal in the dying minutes.
