Kerry have confirmed that Darran O'Sullivan suffered a torn hamstring during their loss to Cork in Tralee on Sunday in the Allianz Football League.

The Kerry County Board said O'Sullivan is undergoing intense treatment on the injury.

Kerry have a ten-week break before their opening Munster Championship game, a semi-final against Tipperary or Limerick, giving O'Sullivan the opportunity to recover from the injury and prove his fitness ahead of the tie.
