Bookies' favourites Dublin have been drawn to face Cork in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship quarter-finals in a live draw on RTÉ Radio 1.

Cork came through a close encounter with Galway in the fourth round of the qualifiers to take their place against the Leinster champions.

The competition's defending champions Donegal will face Connacht champions Mayo as they continue their quest to retain their title.

The Ulster side defeated Laois to book their spot in the last eight.

Ulster champions Monaghan have been drawn to face their provincial rivals Tyrone, who ended Meath's challenge in Croke Park. 

While All-Ireland aristocrats, and Munster champions, Kerry will face Cavan - who knocked out London in round four of the qualifiers - for place in the last four of the competition.

All four ties will be played next weekend in Croke Park.

All-Ireland SFC quarter-final draw:
Saturday, 3 August

Monaghan v Tyrone, 5pm
Dublin v Cork, 7pm

Sunday 4 August

Kerry v Cavan, 2pm
Mayo v Donegal, 4pm
