Kildare and Tyrone will meet at Newbridge

Kildare will welcome Tyrone to Newbridge on Saturday (throw-in 7pm) in Round 3 of the All-Ireland SFC,

The visit of Mickey Harte's men to the Lillywhites is the pick of the third round and the eventual winners of that tie will be handed another tough task in the next round as they will take on Meath.

Kieran McGeeney's Kildare side will be hoping to claim a measure of revenge over the visitors who got the better of them in April's League Division One semi-final, winning 2-15 to 2-11 at Croke Park.

The third round also threw up two all-provincial ties as familiar Leinster foes Wexford and Laois were paired together while Derry will host Cavan.

Armagh face a trip to Galway in the round's other game and Cork lie in wait for the winner of that game at a neutral venue in the fourth round.

The Round 3 games will take place on Saturday and Round 4 games a week later.
