Leitrim have dropped four players from their panel for breaches of discipline ahead of the Connacht semi-final with London.

A statement from Leitrim read: "As a result of breaches of discipline that have fallen below the strict code of standards as agreed by team management and players, four panel members have been excluded from the Leitrim Senior Football panel.

"There will be no further comment issued by Leitrim GAA on this matter."

The Leitrim Observer have reported that the four players dropped are Wayne McKeon, Shane Moran and Tomas and Conor Beirne.

McKeon and Beirne started for Leitrim in the comprehensive win over New York in the Gaelic Park in the first match in Connacht this year with Beirne winning the Man of the Match award.

Leitrim meet London in the semi-final in Carrick-on-Shannon on 23 June.
