Walsh to stay on as Sligo boss

Kevin Walsh will remain on a Sligo senior football manager for the 2012 season.
A county board meeting on Tuesday ratified the Galway native for a fourth year in charge of the Yeats county.
No doubt, Walsh will be looking for an improvement in fortunes after a disappointing 2011 which saw Sligo relegated from the Allianz League Division 3, while also suffering Championship defeats to Leitrim and Wicklow.
Tommy Breheny has been appointed as minor manager with Anthony Brennan taking over the U-21 footballers.
