The Cork County Board has confirmed that Conor Counihan has accepted a new two-year term as senior football manager.
Counihan took charge of the Leesiders in 2008 and steered the Rebel County to All-Ireland success with victory over Down in September.
The Cork County Board five days ago gave Counihan their full endorsement to continue in the role.
He will retain his current selection committee of Peadar Healy, Terry O'Neill, Ger O'Sullivan and Jim Nolan.
