Former Down captain Paddy O'Rourke has been named as the new manager of the Armagh senior football team.
O'Rourke, who led Down to All-Ireland success in 1991, succeeds Peter McDonnell in the Orchard hotseat and has been handed a three-year term.
O’Rourke managed his native county from 2003 to 2006 and said: ‘There is a great tradition of football in Armagh. I've come in to do a job, I'm looking forward to doing a job to the best of my ability.’
He has yet to name his backroom staff.
