O'Sé to start from Kerry bench
Updated: Tuesday, 02 Jun 2009 13:02
Darragh O'Sé is set for an unfamiliar place on the Kerry bench when the Kingdom meet Cork in Sunday’s Munster SFC semi-final in Killarney.
The Ghaeltacht stalwart has been a mainstay in the county side for the last 14 years and has only missed Championship matches through injury or suspension.
A lack of match fitness means former AFL star Tadhg Kennelly could partner Micheal Quirke in midfield.
Anthony Maher and Kieran Donaghy are ruled out with long-term injuries, while Seamus Scanlon has failed to recover from an ankle injury in time to face the Rebels.
