Éire Óg 0-04 Rhode 3-09

The wheels came off Éire Óg's provincial championship challenge as Offaly outfit Rhode powered through to the Leinster Club SFC final with this comfortable semi-final victory at Dr Cullen Park.
Captained by former Offaly regular Roy Malone, Rhode grabbed goals through Niall McNamee and Anton Sullivan (2).
Sullivan showed his predatory instincts, particularly for his second
goal when he left-footed home under pressure from James Ryan.
Christy Bolger and Sean Gannon gave their all in centre-field for Éire Óg but Tom Coffey's charges, who had Shane Sullivan sent-off, were just too good.
