Garda expelled from Sigerson Cup

Garda College have been thrown out of the Sigerson Cup for fielding in ineligible player.

Their quarter-final against Cork IT scheduled for today has been called off.

Garda may still lodge an appeal, but if they do not their place will be taken by Carlow IT whom they defeated when fielding the ineligible Graham Dillon.
