Tyrone to meet Dublin in quarter-finals
Tyrone will meet Dublin in the quarter-finals of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship.
Reigning champions Kerry will face Down after the Mourne men hammered Sligo in Breffni Park in the qualifiers.
Connacht champions Roscommon have been handed a daunting tie with beaten Munster finalists Cork.
The Rebels laboured to an extra-time win over Limerick but will go into the last-eight tie as big favourites.
Meath, conquerors of Dublin and, controversially, Louth in Leinster, face a resurgent Kildare.
The Lilywhites have recovered well from an early provincial exit.
All four matches are likely to take place next weekend, with the GAA set to confirm the times and venues being announced early next week.
'Down, Dublin and Roscommon have it all to do' - McStay
RTÉ GAA analyst Kevin McStay says Down, Dublin and Roscommon face daunting challenges in the football quarter-finals.
'Down are building a team, and they're going in against a very serious outfit in Kerry, so they have it all to do,' said McStay.
He feels it will be similar task for Dublin against Tyrone: 'It's the tie of the quarter-finals. The smart money would be on Tyrone. Dublin are building - they are very gritty and honest - but again, Dublin have it all to do.'
McStay believes Connacht winners Roscommon will have wanted to avoid Cork: 'I'd say Cork was the one team they didn't want. Cork are very athletic and very dynamic and it's a difficult ask for Roscommon.
'It's a big match and Roscommon will be up to give a good account of themselves but they too will have it all to do.'
McStay believes the final quarter-final pairing of Meath and Kildare is much harder to call: 'It's a draw that Meath will like, and at the same time Kildare will fancy their chances. It'll be interesting to see how Meath will react to their match up with Louth. It's a very close pairing and very hard to call.'
All-Ireland SFC quarter-final draw:
