Martin handed Westmeath manager role
Kevin Martin has been appointed Senior Hurling manager by Westmeath.
The Independent reports that the dual All-Ireland winning former Offaly star will leave his post as player-manager with Tullamore to take the post.
Tullamore won their first Offally Senior Hurling title in 45 years this season.
Westmeath are due to play in the Christy Ring Cup next season.
