Mayo's Barry Moran has been named at full-forward for their All-Ireland SFC quarter-final clash with Meath on Sunday.

Moran had been a major injury doubt for the crunch tie with a broken bone in his hand, but the Castlebar man will be given every chance to make the starting XV.

However, there is still no starting place for Conor Mortimer, despite his fine performance from the bench against Galway.

John O'Mahony makes just a single change from the team which overcame the Tribesmen, with Donal Vaughan taking over from Liam O'Malley at corner-back.

Meath are understood to have no fresh injury concerns, but the fate of team captain Stephen Bray remains unclear. The Navan player is expected to request a hearing after his red card against Kildare.

Mayo team to play Meath in the All-Ireland SFC quarter-final at Croke Park on Sunday, 9 August, 2pm:

K O'Malley; D Vaughan, G Cafferkey, K Higgins; P Gardiner, T Howley, A Moran; D Heaney, R McGarrity; P Harte, T Mortimer, A Dillon; A Kilcoyne, B Moran, A O'Shea.
