A packed Nowlan Park on Saturday night

Kilkenny hurler James 'Cha' Fitzpatrick and Laois footballer John O'Loughlin join Darren Frehill in this week's podcast.

Sunday was dominated by two big provincial finals. In Leinster there were no surprises when the in-form Dubs took yet another provincial title, but it was an alleged biting incident that dominated the headlines on Monday morning. We look at the clash between Eoghan O'Gara and Mickey Burke in detail. Can a bite be justified in any circumstances?

Up north, Donegal ended Monaghan's reign as Ulster champions in what was another hard fought and low scoring clash in the province. Both managers spoke to us after the game and we look at the clearer picture for the football quarter finals and qualifiers after Armagh beat Roscommon on Saturday night.

Last - but certainly not least - was yet another barnstorming hurling qualifier on Saturday night. Wexford came out on top against Waterford in a thrilling game at Nowlan Park. Is the 2014 championship surpassing even the classic season we had last year?

As always we analyse every game played and look ahead to next weekend.
