Finlay called up to Ireland squad

Sean Boylan manager of the Ireland international rules team has confirmed that Monaghan's Paul Finlay has been called-up to the squad to replace Tommy Walsh of Kerry who is unable to travel.

In announcing the change Boylan said: 'We are disappointed that Tommy is unable to travel but in Paul Finlay we have a very capable and experienced replacement.

'He has continued to work hard with the squad since the original announcement and is very proud of the opportunity to represent Ireland.'
