Loughnane names same team for final

Galway manager Ger Loughnane is hoping that Ger Farragher can prove his fitness in time for Sunday's National Hurling League final clash with Tipperary.

Farragher has been named in the team to take on Tipp, despite suffering from a back injury he picked up during last weekend's 2-22 to 0-24 semi-final victory over Cork.

Teenage star Joe Canning keeps his place in the team, which means that should Farragher be able to prove his fitness, Galway will field the same starting fifteen that edged out Cork.

Galway team: J Skehill; C Dervan, T Regan, F Moore; A Cullinane, J Lee, S Kavanagh; K Hynes, R Murray; G Farragher, F Healy, N Healy; D Hayes, J Canning, I Tannian.
