Geraghty cited following International clash

Ireland's Graham Geraghty has been cited for an incident during last Saturday's International Rules clash with Australia in Galway.

Geraghty was involved in a scuffle with Linsey Gilbee during the third quarter of the game and having reviewed a tape of the incident the Australian representative on the International Rules Control Committee decided to cite him.

The case is expected to be heard at a hearing tomorrow afternoon.

Meanwhile, the GAA has confirmed that tickets for the Second Test of the International Rules in Croke Park on Sunday next, have sold out.

In excess of 82,000 people will now attend the game. This is a record for an International in any sport in Ireland.
