Ireland’s Denis Lynch and Jessica Kuerten both scored top-five finishes at the last World Cup show of 2012 at Mechehen on Thursday.
Tipperary-born Lynch and Flaminia Straumann's bay gelding Twister S collected €1,125 for a third place in the five-star competition against the clock.
Lynch failed to match the time of British winner Guy Williams and Bijou van de Vijfheide by five seconds.
Kurten took a €1,000 fourth place in the ladies-only Queen's Cup with the VDL Stud stallion Arezzo VDL.
Mechelen's Rolex World Cup class takes place on Sunday afternoon.
