Jessica Kurten racked up her second third place at the five-star show in Verona, Italy today, riding the grey gelding API Largo in the small Grand Prix.

Kurten had two rails down in the jump-off, failing to catch Portuguese rider Luciana Diniz and Bluebuster, who took the €14,500 first prize with a double clear round.

On Friday, Kurten produced a third place in the big speed class, again with API Largo, losing out to Italian winner Juan Carlos Garcia and Paulin by just over one-and-a-half seconds.

The Irish rider also produced two top ten places at Verona with Oklahoma de Riverland.

Meanwhile at the international show in Cavan, Olympic bronze medallist Cian O'Connor won Friday night's Grand Prix on Ulano, in the process securing himself the 2012 GAIN/Alltech Autumn Grand Prix Championship prize.
