O'Loughlin through to final in Manchester

Cyclist David O'Loughlin came second in his individual qualifying points round at the UCI World Cup in Manchester.

It is the best ever finish by an Irishman at the World Cup in the event and the Mayo man will have high hopes for Sunday's final.
