Jeju in South Korea will be the destination for Katie Taylor as she bids for her fifth successive women’s world championship title.

The International Boxing Association (AIBA) has confirmed that the eighth edition of the tournament will take place between 13-15 November, in conjunction with the AIBA congress.

Olympic gold medallist Taylor won her first world title in India in 2006 and followed that up with wins in China (2008), Barbados (2010) and China (2012).

Meanwhile, Taylor has entered for the 2014 National Elite Championships at the National Stadium in Dublin. The tournament begins on Friday.
