UCC Demons will have home advantage in the Play-Off’s after collecting maximum points from their two games with Belfast Star in the latest series of the Nivea For Men’s SuperLeague.
The other clash on Sunday saw a Martins Provisors inspired DCU Saints beat Bord Gais Neptune 92-58.
On Saturday, UL Eagles emerged from their clash with UCD Marian on a 90-81 scoreline, while 11890 Killester proved too strong for Moycullen, winning 83-60.
In the Nivea Women’s SuperLeague, the UL winning run rolls on after an 87-31 win away to Meteors, while DCU Mercy picked up six points with wins over 11890 Killester and Ulster Rockets respectively.
Singleton’s Super Valu Brunell picked up a notable 82-79 win over Waterford Wildcats after overtime, while Oblate Dynamos edged their clash with Liffey Celtics 47-44.
UCC Demons secured the Southern Conference after beating Belfast Star twice this weekend.
