Draw made for men's semi-finals of ESB Cup

The draw for the men's semi-finals of the ESB National Cup took place in the National Basketball Arena this morning.

Notre Dame will play Mardyke UCC Demons on Friday January 31st. Demons make their return to the finals weekend after a four-year absence, while Notre Dame are back to reclaim the Cup they last won in January 2000.

On Saturday February 1st, Sx3 Star and Dart Killester will play the second semi-final. Star's only defeat this season was inflicted by Killester, so they will be looking to reverse that result in the Cup semi-final.

The Senior Women's semi-finals were pre-determined by the seeded draw.

ESB Senior Men's Cup Semi Finals: Notre Dame v Mardyke UCC Demons (Friday January 31st), Sx3 Star v Dart Killester (Saturday February 1st). ESB Senior Women's Cup Semi-Finals: Drimnagh Dynamoes v Bausch & Lomb Wildcats (Friday January 31st), University of Limerick v Tolka Rovers (Saturday February 1st) .
