Athletics: Stephanie Reilly and Tori Pena disappoint in 3,000 metres and pole vault respectively

Stephanie Reilly and Tori Pena failed to make it through to the final of the 3,000 metres and pole vault.

Reilly finished ninth in her heat, clocking nine minutes 44.77 seconds.

California-born Pena failed to record a height in the pole vault and crashed out of the competition in disappointing fashion.
