Five will travel to Fukouka

Ireland will be sending just five individual athletes to the World Cross Country Championship in Fukouka Japan on April the 1st and 2nd.
Irish champion Maria McCambridge will be joined by Rosemary Ryan in the senior women's race with just the national men's champion, Vinny Mulvey going in the men's senior event.
They will be joined by Sara Tracy and Stephen Scullion who will run in the junior races.
Maria McCambridge, the reigning Irish Cross Country champion from Rathgar in Dublin, finished tenth in the World Indoor Championships Women's 3000 metres final in Moscow last weekend.
