Arsenal v Sheffield United team news

Arsenal captain Thierry Henry looks likely to return to action for tomorrow's visit of Sheffield United to the Emirates Stadium after recovering from a foot injury.

Henry and fellow forward Robin van Persie missed last Sunday's victory at Manchester United but are available, though youngster Theo Walcott is doubtful having suffered a shoulder injury in a reserve game against Portsmouth on Wednesday.

Sheffield United boss Neil Warnock has nine players out for the historic 1,000th game of his managerial career.

Among the casualties are goalkeeper Paddy Kenny, midfielders Nick Montgomery and Michael Tonge, as well as striker Danny Webber.

Also sidelined are defenders Craig Short, Alan Wright and Derek Geary and two other forwards in Steve Kabba and Neil Shipperley, all due to a variety of injuries.

Arsenal squad: Lehmann, Eboue, Toure, Hoyte, Djourou, Gallas, Hleb, Baptista, Fabregas, Gilberto, Rosicky, Van Persie, Flamini, Adebayor, Almunia, Ljungberg, Song, Henry.

Sheffield United: Bennett, Bromby, Unsworth, Davis, Morgan, Sommeil, Armstrong, Leigertwood, Kozluk, Jagielka, Ifill, Gillespie, A Quinn, Hulse, Akinbiyi, Nade, Kazim-Richards, Bennett.
