The Portlaoise club has withdrawn its players from the Laois football and hurling panels.
The move comes after their county players were not made available for training for a club championship game against St Joseph's which should have been played last Friday week.
Portlaoise did not fulfil the fixture which was subsequently awarded to St Joseph's.
The club has also made its facilities unavailable.
