Laois football row is resolved

The row in Laois football between the Senior and Under-21 management came to an end last night when Under-21 manager Sean Dempsey met a number of his players to discuss the problem.

Donnie Brennan was initially dropped from the Laois U-21 side to face Cork in Sunday's All-Ireland semi-final after travelling with the senior squad last weekend against the orders of the U-21 selectors.

However, Brennan and the two Colm Kellys (Stradbally and St Jospeh's) will now be available for the semi-final against Cork, following last night's successful meeting.
