Coyle breaks through at Meise
Monday, 27 June 2005Trevor Coyle, always a threatening presence at the two-star weekend show in Meise, Belgium, finally broke through yesterday with a second place in the Meise Grand Prix. The Dungannon-born rider crossed the line on his mount, Overtime, just under a second behind Belgian winner Gregory Wathelet.
On Saturday, Coyle took equal third in the Six-Bar, again on Overtime. Ireland's Edward Doyle, meanwhile, featured in the 1m35 Final yesterday, finishing tenth on Cor d'Alme Z.
