Palace sign young Aussie midfielder

Crystal Palace have signed Australian midfielder Anthony Danze on a two-year contract subject to international clearance.

The 20-year-old has been capped at under-20 level and was part of his country's Olympic squad at the recent Athens Games.

Until recently Danze was playing for Perth Glory.

Earlier this week, Palace manager Iain Dowie signed Greece midfielder Vassilios Lakis.
