Juninho will make Celtic decison within 48 hours

Middlesbrough playmaker Juninho will make a decision on his future within the next 48 hours.

The Brazil international is a target for Celtic manager Martin O'Neill while Manchester City are also reportedly monitoring the situation.

Juninho was omitted from Boro manager Steve McClaren's squad for the Barclays Premiership opener against Newcastle at the weekend, leaving the writing on the wall for his career on Teesside.

Now Juninho must decide whether to take up the option to negotiate a move to Parkhead where the lure of Champions League football could prove to be crucial.
