Davids for Stamford Bridge?

Chelsea have announced the management team to work under new manager Jose Mourinho.  Mourinho will have two assistant managers - Baltemar Brito and Steve Clarke.

Brito was his number two at Porto while Clarke is the only survivor from the Claudio Ranieri era. He was a player at Stamford Bridge for 11 years. The line-up will be completed by fitness coach Rui Faria, goalkeeper coach Silvino and scout Andre Villas.

The Blues have also announced that their training ground will be closed to the public throughout the season - but training will be opened up on specific days so supporters can visit.

Mourinho, meanwhile, today played down suggestions he would be bidding for Dutch international midfielder Edgar Davids, who is currently with Barcelona.
